Mid Atlantic Scientific Service offers three levels of contract service designed to fit your needs and budget. You will find our pricing to be affordable and significantly lower than most OEM manufactures.
Included in our Premium Plan, Unlimited Emergency Service, One Annual Preventive Maintenance Visit and All Repair Parts including drive coverage. This widely chosen level of coverage will pass most of your cost for service to us. It enables you to budget your repair cost and allows you to focus on what’s really important to your daily lab operation.
Included in our Preventive Plus Plan, Unlimited Emergency Service, One Annual Preventive Maintenance Visit. Parts are not included in this plan. We can help defray some of your cost by using re-manufactured and used parts from the same models. We only offer these reduced priced parts to our contract customers.
Included in our Preventive Plan, One Annual Preventive Maintenance Visit. During this maintenance visit we will inspect, check performance, calibrate and ensure that your equipment is in good working order. We will inform you of any discrepancies, assess the cost of repair and leave you with of written report of our findings. In most cases the cost of this service is less than OEM’s charge just to drive to your location.
