Services

Mid Atlantic Scientific Service provides on-site and in-house service, calibration, maintenance and certifications to the Mid Atlantic region. Our current geographical coverage is limited to the states of PA, DE, NJ, NY and CT.

We are specialist in repairing, maintaining, calibrating and certifying much of your laboratory equipment.

On-site Service

Our representatives will return your call for service within 4 hours of your request. Most service request are scheduled within 24 hours. Most service calls can be estimated over the phone but when required we will provide with you with an on-site estimate at no charge.

In-house Service

Mid Atlantic Scientific Service occupies a 7000sft state of the art service center located in New Castle, DE. At this facility, we will diagnose your service issue, provide you with a written estimate, and with your approval repair your laboratory equipment. Equipment can be shipped to our facility or we will provide pick up and delivery to your site for a nominal charge.

Calibration, Maintenance and Certification Service

We follow the manufactures recommended procedures to ensure that your laboratory equipment is operating to peak performance and meets all specifications set forth by the OEM. All test measuring devices used by Mid Atlantic Scientific Service are calibrated to NIST standards and are certified annually by an outside certification facility. All certifications are available upon request.

On-site Rotor Inspections

Mid Atlantic Scientific Service will schedule at your convience an on-site inspection of all your laboratory centrifuge rotors. We will identify rotors with defects, advise you on their condition and provide you with documentation to validate our findings all at no charge to our customers.

Equipment Sales

We distribute locally, re-manufactured centrifuges, incubators and miscellaneous laboratory equipment.
